We do accept returns on all purchases if:
*The lure remains in the packaging sent by Underbelly Custom P&B unopened
*If opened, the lure can not exhibit any signs of use, shipping packaging prevents hook rash, just an FYI.
* Restocking fee: Should the baits be returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened you will receive a full refund.
*Opened returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
*Return check fee is $50 and you will not be able to use this payment method for future purchases.
ALL CUSTOM PAINT SCHEMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
All custom paint job sales are final.
With this product being considered terminal tackle, we do not offer a warranty for lost lures.
We do on the other hand stand behind the blanks (if supplied by Underbelly Custom P&B) and the paint that is added.
Should paint peel, (not chip from impact), we will pay to ship the lure back to us repaint it and ship back to you at no cost.
